Returns - RMA Request
RETURN TERMS: Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Fill out this brief form and an authorization number will be generated and emailed to you. No returns on used, altered or modified parts. All damage claims must be done within 48 hours of receipt of parts. If you receive an order that has been damaged by the shipping carrier, immediately contact us so we can work on a quick resolution. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery date. Once parts have been returned and inspected, we will return your money. Freight/shipping/local pickup/handling fees are non-refundable (unless we were in error). If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There will be a 20% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns on special ordered items. We will not accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part. **No returns will be accepted without an RMA # and official invoice. ***No returns on parts/orders under $20.00. Returned orders with free shipping will be deducted a $10 shipping fee from the total refund unless the return was due to our mistake.
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE/REJECT THE PACKAGE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE PARTS. Doing this will have FedEx/UPS charge an extra processing fee that will have to be deducted from your refund. It is a lot cheaper to buy a new return label. USPS will assume the package was delivered to the wrong address/person so they will hold the package at your local post office for a few weeks to see if someone (the intended recipient) will come down to pick it up. This will also make the return go past the qualifying return period.
