NOTE: Please visually compare and make sure your damaged connector matches the connector on our photos before ordering. If unsure, please send us photos of the damaged connector or the part that it plugs into and we'll verify it for you. Connector Experts does not guarantee any part found using our database to be the correct one for your vehicle. Our database is meant to be helping tool only. In order to guarantee parts we will need photos no exceptions.
The cutoff time for orders with products in stock are: Ground 3:30PM and Overnight/2nd Day 5PM central standard time Monday to Friday. Saturday orders are not guaranteed to ship out the same day unless we are open (only FedEx orders no UPS/USPS). Our warehouse is open most Saturdays (please call to verify). For Saturday the cut off time for overnight/2nd day is 1:30PM - No ground shipping. Please note that orders received after the cutoff time will NOT be shipped out on the same day.
FedEx/UPS do NOT deliver on weekends. All overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery give us a call. Saturday delivery is a special service that will usually cost between $40-$90 depending on your location. All orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Normal Shipping days are between Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays).
No returns on used, altered, or modified parts. All damage claims must be done within 48 hours of delivery time. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery date. Once parts have been returned and inspected, Connector Experts will return your money within 5 to 7 business days. If Connector Experts sent the CORRECT part ordered, there will be no refund on shipping fees, 20% restocking fee, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. If we made an error and you got the wrong part, please contact us immediately. In this case Connector Experts will issue a full refund or send you the correct part at no extra charge and a prepaid return label will be provided for the wrong part. There are absolutely no returns on special ordered items. We will not accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part.
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE/REJECT THE PACKAGE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE PARTS. Doing this will have FedEx/UPS charge an extra processing fee that will have to be deducted from your refund. It is a lot cheaper to buy a new return label. There is also a possibility they may assume the package was delivered to the wrong address/person so they will hold the package at your local station for a few weeks to see if someone (the intended recipient) will come down to pick it up. This will also cause the return go past the qualifying return period.
