Q: What shipping options are available?

At this time we ship exclusively through FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

To find out the shipping options and prices please add the connector you're interested in to the cart then click on view cart and enter your zip code at the bottom left side of the screen.

FedEx does NOT deliver on weekends. All overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery give us a call. FedEx Saturday delivery will usually cost between $60-$90 depending on your location. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Normal Shipping days are between Monday to Friday.

Q: What is the shipping cutoff time?

The cutoff time for orders with products in stock are: FedEx Ground 3:30PM and FedEx Overnight/2nd Day 5PM central standard time Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is open most Saturdays (please call to verify). For Saturday the cut off time for overnight/2nd day is 1:30PM with No ground shipping. Please note that orders received after the cutoff time will NOT be shipped out on the same day. FedEx does NOT deliver on weekends. All overnight orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery give us a call. FedEx Saturday delivery will usually cost between $40-$90 depending on your location. All orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Q: Do you ship COD?

No.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes. We ship to all countries. Customers outside USA please call to order and get a discounted price on parts & Shipping.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: What are the return terms?

No returns on used, altered or modified parts. All damage claims must be done within 48 hours of receipt of parts. If you receive an order that has been damaged by the shipping carrier, immediately contact us so we can work on a quick resolution. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery date. Once parts have been returned and inspected, we will return your money. Freight/shipping/local pickup/handling fees are non-refundable (unless we were in error). If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There will be a 30% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns on special ordered items. We will not accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part.**No returns will be accepted without an RMA # and official invoice. ***No returns on parts/orders under $20.00. (it’s just not worth the cost of returning and associated processing costs and restocking fees)
